5th International Workshop on Regional Critical Infrastructure Resilience – “Resilience Partnering”

The development of long term, strategic relationships between public and private organisations is crucial for building superior infrastructure protections and resilience capabilities. The 5th International workshop on Regional Critical Infrastructure Resilience – “Resilience Partnering” – will address world-class practices for the development of local collaborations towards enhanced infrastructure resilience. Invited speakers and testimonials will share distinctive experiences and the latest developments at local and state level. The event will announce MIRACLE project’s main results as a framework to put them into context and present CIRINT.NET Association: a long lasting community-building instrument to put together public institutions, private operators, professionals and academics interested in fostering regional approaches to CIP/R.

The Universal Exposition EXPO2015 – “Feeding the planet, Energy for Life” is going to be the perfect landscape for the workshop. In fact, the second day a broader thematic context will be unfolded to the conference participants, with a view on security and resilience capacities based on a cutting-edge solutions specifically designed for the international event.

The conference is organized by Fondazione Politecnico di Milano together with all Miracle project partners. The event is held with the Patronage of "Expo Milano 2015 - Feeding the Planet. Energy for Life".
